Arguments

graph: igraph object
colorBy: object to be colored by an attribute
colorQuant: TRUE/FALSE
labelBy: select a feature to label the graph
pal: palette to color the graph
community: communities from network analysis
commWin: distance of the vertices inside a community
commWb: distance between communities
lo: layout
legendOff: legend
labelComm: whether to label comminuty or not
labelCommCex: cex for community labels
labelCommCol: color for community labels
...: additional arguments to plot.igraph()
